The gap between "I think I'm ready" and actually being ready.

Interviews are high-stakes and badly under-rehearsed. Most people walk in having practised in their head, if at all, and find out how ready they were only when it's already counting.

This tool closes that gap. It gives candidates a safe space to practise against realistic, AI-driven interview scenarios, then turns every session into specific, instant feedback they can act on before the real thing.

01 · Approach

Rehearse, get feedback, build real confidence.

Three principles shaped the experience, practice that mirrors the real moment, feedback that's actually useful, and confidence that's earned rather than assumed.

01

Realistic practice

Guided practice or a full AI simulation, modelled on real interviews, so the rehearsal matches the moment that counts.

02

Instant, specific feedback

Every answer is scored on delivery, clarity, and pace, and compared to an ideal response, not just given a number.

03

Confidence you can feel

Progress tracked over time and a pre-interview checklist, so candidates show up calm and ready, not just hopeful.

02 · The experience

From first session to walking in ready.

A flow that takes a candidate from a warm welcome, through real practice and honest feedback, to a final confidence check before the interview.

Reflection

The design goal wasn't to replace the interviewer, it was to lower the anxiety around getting there. Good AI here is a calm coach: specific, encouraging, and always pointing at the next thing to practise.
