Balancing flexibility with simplicity was the central challenge. A roster tool can do a lot, but more options often mean more friction.
I worked through feedback loops with early users to refine the trickier elements, task rotation especially, making sure Knextt would hold up in real, everyday scenarios rather than just demo-perfect ones.
Knextt is just beginning its journey. The ultimate goal is to become the go-to roster-management tool for individuals, groups, and businesses.
