Lead Product Designer, AI-native QA
Agent workflows, AI-assisted tooling, and interfaces where the model is a collaborator, not a gimmick.
Multi-role platforms, dense enterprise data, healthcare ops, clarity where it's hardest to earn.
Research → flows → UI → design system → prototype → shipped. The whole arc, not a slice.
Work that lands emotionally, because adoption is a feeling before it's a metric.
Most product problems don't arrive as clean briefs. They come through stakeholder conversations, partial requirements, technical constraints, legacy workflows, and shifting priorities. My job is to turn that ambiguity into a product structure the team can understand, test, and build.
Map users, roles, permissions, workflows, data, and constraints, and locate where confusion currently lives.
Identify the decision, action, status, or transition that makes or breaks the experience.
Turn messy requirements into flows, IA, states, and interaction models the team can actually build.
Use Figma and AI-assisted prototypes to test how the experience behaves across real states, not just ideal screens.
Document decisions, edge cases, states, and interaction logic so product, design, and engineering ship with shared understanding.
I'm shaped by complex products, fast teams, and real-world constraints. The kind of designer you hand the messy, ambiguous, high-stakes problem to, and get back something people actually use.
From telehealth platforms serving five user roles to AI tooling for developers, my work lives where the stakes are real: healthcare, enterprise ops, and the new frontier of AI-native software. My Computer Science roots mean I design with technical constraints, developer workflows, and implementation realities in mind.
Understand the audience deeply. Build around their journey and emotions. Deliver an experience worth remembering. That approach hasn't failed me yet.
